Workout and recovery data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your health or fitness data on our servers.

Email address — if you join our waitlist, we store your email address to send you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics — we use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data on our website. No personal information is collected.

Third-Party Services

We use Resend for email delivery and Vercel for hosting and analytics.

Data Retention

Your app data stays on your device. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
