Where is my data stored?

All your workout and recovery data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers.

How do I delete my account?

Since your data is stored on-device, deleting the app removes your data. If you joined the waitlist and want your email removed, contact us at hello@updraft.cc.

Is Updraft free?
